They sent me the wrong show size and I've been contacting them via email and the customer support page on their website and haven't heard anything back from them about rectifying the problem. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that I paid for that I can't wear.
Apparently, they have no customer service whatsoever or, if they do, it's the worst customer service of any online business I've ordered from in the last 20+ years as they haven't contacted me yet.
As far as I'm concerned, they are not a legitimate business and are probably run on a shoestring budget with just a few people on staff.
I would warn potential customers to stay away because, if there is a problem with their order, who knows when, if ever, it will get rectified.
The email contact doesn’t work. I’ve contacted them three times about my shoe order that has not been sent. I have not received contact back or my shoe order.
Terrible Service! The order never arrived. We cancelled it. It then arrived 30 days after the cancellation. We requested to return everything and you don't respond.
