These shüs will keep you comfortable on your feet all day long with heat activated memory foam insoles that soften at heavy pressure points, while remaining firm where you need support most. It features breathable, lightweight knit upper elastic for easy slip on and off with 3M Scotch Guard coating to repel stains and keep feet dry.

**For best fit, we recommend a half size up. Sizes run small.**

The best

Being a working chef for 20+ years, I feel like I’ve tried just about every work shoe out there. Everything from Birkenstock to sears die hard, to sketchers. These are simply the most comfortable, easiest to keep clean, and by far the best looking, in my humble opinion. Customer service is also a treat. Only received 1 out of 2 pairs I ordered, sent them an email, they fulfilled the order within a weeks time. Seriously love them. All 4 pairs!

How do I find the status of my order?

We provide a shipping confirmation to your email address that provides a tracking number allowing you to follow your order, as well is track it on our site.

How would I process a return order?

  1. Contact us at support@shucru.com or on our live chat on shucru.com
  2. We will look up your order details and create a return label you will then receive by email.
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided in the original shipping box if possible.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

We accept all cancellation requests before the shoes have been fulfilled. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it can not be canceled.

Are my Shus machine washable?

Yes, our Shus can go in the washing machine on a gentle cycle and air dry/ tumble dry low. 

How long before I get my return refund?

Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process depending on your bank.

What material does Shucru use for insoles?

Our insoles are made of high-quality antimicrobial memory foam.
