I received the shoes as promised, except I believe they're the wrong color. Reached out to customer service with no response or conclusion. As I'd paid for a pair of shoes, I decided to wear them since there seemed to be no exchange
The shoes themselves are comfortable, but the lack of customer service really put me off.
